Springfontein concentration camp 200 Boer women and children died South of Trompsburg, lies Springfontein. In the cemetery of Springfontein, the 200 graves of Boer women and children who died during the war of 1899 to 1902 are a silent testimonial to these brave and defenceless victims of the British concentration camps.
